Great Replacement November 3, 2008 I wanted another bite valve and straw because I have two diffrent size bottles. I love having extra of these on hand, I cut one straw to fit my smaller bottle and I kept the other as a spare. Having an additional bite top is great too. Since they should be replaced every so often (and they're small and easy to lose), it's good to have an extra on hand. I would definatly reccomend this to anyone with a Camelbak Better Bite bottle.
love them August 27, 2008 I just oredered more replacement valves and straws.... primarily so that each of the 4 family members has their own color, but extra of anything in our house is great. I use a pipe cleaner to clean out all small parts of the lids, straws, and valves. My bite valve is getting a bit chewed up, but that is my own problem of using as a pacifier! :)
Perfect fit; necessary with time August 21, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
The bite valve and straws work perfectly with the Camelbak water bottles. It is necessary to note, because the listing doesn't say at the moment. One size fits all bottles. You cut the straw to the correct size for smaller bottles. After about four months it's time to change the bite valve for sure. As gunk builds up in the valve.
Camelbak did it again but.... January 14, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I usualy love camelbak's products. The concept here is great (well sealed bottle even when it's tipped over) the outcome is not that great. The valve plastic material is very fragile/brittle and broke 2 days after I bought the bottle. It's not replaceble so I needed to buy a new bottle. Other than this and the price (3 times of regular bottle) it's a good product.
